"You miss 100% of the shots you don't take"
Wayne Gretzky

I’m Aujas Choudhary — a management consultancy graduate who believes that business success lives at the intersection of data, people, and well-timed follow-ups. With experience in business development, strategic sales, and market research, I’ve learned how to drive results while building relationships that actually last. Whether I was closing €700K in life insurance sales or contributing to branding and client deliverables, I’ve always balanced commercial focus with a people-first mindset.

I’m certified in Microsoft Excel (Coursera), Power BI, and Tableau (DataCamp), and I love turning numbers into narratives that teams can act on. But beyond tools and tactics, what drives me is curiosity, collaboration, and conversations that lead to new ideas. I thrive in environments where I can connect, listen, and contribute — whether it’s with clients, colleagues, or complete strangers who might just become collaborators.

Work Experience & Projects

Journey of Growth

My journey has been anything but linear — and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve gone from nervously googling “what is a pitch deck” during my first internship to confidently presenting strategic expansion plans backed by frameworks, forecasts, and just the right amount of alliteration. Every project I’ve worked on — whether it was selling life insurance at American Express, advising Lynott Jewellery on how to scale their luxury brand through franchising, or evaluating Wendy’s global appetite for South Africa — has taught me something new. Sometimes about the market, sometimes about leadership, and often about myself.

Through these experiences, I’ve learned how to go from insight to impact. I’ve picked up skills in competitive benchmarking, financial modelling, stakeholder communication, and risk analysis — not just by studying them, but by using them in live business contexts. Along the way, I also discovered that I love asking questions, solving messy problems, and building strategies that make sense to both spreadsheets and people.

If you had asked me a few years ago what I’d bring to the table, I might’ve hesitated. Now? I bring structured thinking, adaptability, commercial curiosity — and if needed, a fully formatted slide deck by morning.
